1. Our website
The information on this website is general information about mold assessment and the remediation process in Texas. It is not legal, medical or engineering advice, and it is not a substitute for an assessment of your property. Prices, availability and timelines are confirmed when you book. Rules for mold professionals are set and enforced by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Please don't misuse the site, for example by submitting false information or attempting to interfere with its operation. Reviews shown on the site are posted by our clients on Google and are shown as they wrote them.
2. K9 Leads Sheet (QuickBooks connection)
"K9 Leads Sheet" is a private tool built for K9 Mold Guide's own internal use. It runs inside K9 Mold Guide's Google account and, when a K9 Mold Guide team member chooses to, creates a customer record in K9 Mold Guide's own QuickBooks Online company. It is not offered to, sold to, or licensed for use by anyone outside K9 Mold Guide.
- License. K9 Mold Guide and its staff may use K9 Leads Sheet for K9 Mold Guide's business. No other license is granted.
- Data. The tool sends only client contact details, billing address and notes to QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks access tokens are stored in the script's private settings, not in the spreadsheet. See our Privacy Policy.
- Disconnecting. The QuickBooks connection can be ended at any time from within QuickBooks Online (apps settings) or from the K9 Leads menu in the sheet. See QuickBooks connection.
- No warranty. The tool is provided "as is." K9 Mold Guide is responsible for reviewing records it creates in its own QuickBooks company.
- Trademarks. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. K9 Leads Sheet is not made or endorsed by Intuit.
3. Limits of liability
To the extent allowed by law, K9 Mold Guide is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the K9 Leads Sheet tool. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Texas law that can't be waived.
4. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
5. Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
