What happens during your visit
We listen and look
We start with what you've been noticing: smells, symptoms, past leaks. Then we inspect the home room by room before any testing.
We measure and test
Moisture meters and a thermal camera show us where water is hiding. Lab samples are taken where the evidence points, so every sample answers a question.
You get answers and a plan
Your written report explains what we found, where it's coming from and what to do next. If remediation is needed, we can write the protocol.

What does a Mold Investigation include?
A licensed visual assessment of the whole home, a search for the moisture source using moisture meters and thermal imaging, 3 lab samples, and a written report on what we found and what to do next.
How much does a Mold Investigation cost?

How many samples are included?
Three lab samples are included. If your home needs more to get a clear answer, we'll explain why and only take them with your OK.
Do you do the remediation too?
No. Under Texas law, a mold assessor can't perform remediation on a project they assessed. That keeps our advice independent. If remediation is needed, we can write the protocol your licensed remediator follows. See how the process works.
