Are you licensed to inspect for mold in Texas?
Yes. K9 Mold Guide is a TDLR-licensed Mold Assessment Company (ACO1321). Taylor is a Licensed Mold Assessment Consultant (MAC2293) and Darrell is a Licensed Mold Assessment Technician (MAT1609).
Do you do mold remediation too?
No. Texas law doesn't allow the same company to do the assessment and the remediation on the same project. We find the problem, write the protocol your remediator follows, and check the work afterward.
